How I work

Buying and selling real estate can often be stressful and overwhelming, so I won't pretend that it's not. But I do think it should feel calm and straightforward on your end, even when it's not on mine. That means answering your questions quickly, telling you what I really think (not just what sounds good), and making sure you're never wondering what's supposed to happen next.

If something's a bad idea, I'll say so. If I don't know the answer yet, I'll tell you that too, and then go find out. I work really hard to be responsive, and I believe that's what has made me successful so far. That, and genuinely caring about the lives of those I work with. After all, that's what I would want in my Realtor.

Utah is home

I grew up in Bountiful, went to Bountiful High, then spent a couple of years on an LDS mission out in upstate New York before coming back for good. From there it was BYU, then straight into real estate at Century 21 Everest, the same company I'm still with today.

My wife and I are raising our three children here in Davis County. Outside of work you'll probably find me on a basketball or tennis court, taking on a home project I definitely underestimated the timeline on, or traveling with the kids (not as often as I'd like!).

Where I work

Though a lot of my business comes from Davis County where I know the neighborhoods personally, I work with buyers and sellers all along the Wasatch Front. Wherever we're looking, it's the same approach: I think about a place the way I'd think about it for my own family, not just what the comps say.
